Build new housing or utilize existing available housing for people 50+ years of age who need Service Enhanced Housing (SEH). To utilize old or abandoned buildings for clinics or housing for low income, disabled, homeless, families or veterans with any special needs. There are many unused or abandoned buildings.

We provide low interest loans, credit counseling and affordable housing to families, veterans, Seniors and transitional housing for homeless. *NOTE: over 50% of the people in our country have less than perfect credit.
